Biography:
Mr. Hebert is a Senior Technical Editor for CONTROL, Control Design, and Industrial Networking magazines. He began his career at Putman Media as a Field Editor in 1995 and joined the company on a full-time basis in 2000.

Mr. Hebert has 25 years of experience in the process control industries. He worked for 22 years as an end user at a process plant, as a systems integrator, as an employee of a skid builder, and as an employee of a major engineering and construction firm. His employment duties included plant operations, control systems programming, detailed design, project management, line management, and sales.

Mr. Hebert has a PE in Control Systems and is a patent holder for a closed-loop control system. He holds a BSEE and an MBA and is a member of ISA and of Eta Kappa Nu, the engineering honor society.
