United Flow Technologies reported Apr.10 that it acquired Kodru-Mooney last October and Macaulay Controls Co. this past March. UFT adds it has completed nine acquisitions since it was established in July 2021. The two acquisitions are expected to accelerate UFT’s strategic position into the Midwest and Texas regions, add product categories to the platform, and strengthen OEM partnerships.
