So what's the first thing you want to know about an event you might be interested in attending? Just went through a two-page press release touting what sounds like a really interesting and useful training session. The release told me all kinds of things about the subject matter, the presenter, the company sponsoring it, etc. There's only one thing the flak left out: The dates. Doh!
