To strengthen its U.S. market presence, Germany-based RAFI Group, reported July 20 that it’s acquired Milwaukee-based Xymox Technologies Inc. RAFI supplies electromechanical components, electronic assemblies, and systems for human-machine communications. Xymox has more than 40 years of experience developing and manufacturing capacitive sensors and membrane switches. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
