DigiKey reported Jan. 30 that it added 455 new suppliers and more than 1.1 million products in 2024. The most recent new supplier additions in 2024 include companies like Amphenol Airmar that manufactures marine and industrial sensors; Halo Electronics that supplies communication and power magnetics; Menlo Micro that produces RF switches that combine the capabilities of electromechanical and solid state switches to reduce size, weight, power and cost; and Jameco sells educational, electronics hobby kits.

Some of these new product introductions include:

  • Würth Elektronik’s WE-MXGI inductors that have an iron-alloy material for efficiency and low-AC losses.
  • onsemi's NIV3071 four-channel eFuse that includes four channels in one 5 x 6 mm component, with each channel capable of handling 2.5 amps in inductive, capacitive or resistive loads.
  • Amphenol SSI Technologies’ level-ultrasonic sensors that are compatible with more than 250 chemicals.
  • Knowles' DLI gain equalizers that help remedy loss slope in circuit designs
  • STMicroelectronics' STM32N6 series CPUs for power-efficient, edge-AI applications, and provide real-time, neural-network inference for computer vision and audio applications.
  • Teledyne LeCroy's T3DSO3000HD digital oscilloscopes with trigger/decode options, power analysis software and standard MSO probe in the Promo1 product line.
  • NXP’s RW61x Tri-Radio MCUs that merge i.MX RT performance and Tri-Radio, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, so they can serve as bridges, hubs and other IoT products.
