Control Station expands into EMEA by acquiring Irish distributor

April 14, 2025
Newly renamed Control Station Technologies Ltd. operates as a wholly owned subsidiary

Control Station Inc. announced Mar. 12 that it’s acquired and assimilated its Ireland-based joint venture and distribution partner. Founded in 2016 to support multinational process manufacturers, Control Station Ltd. previously strengthened its parent company’s position in the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) region and globally.

Reconfigured and renamed Control Station Technologies Ltd., the new entity operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Control Station. It remains located in Ireland and within the European Union’s (EU) rapidly growing market for industrial process automation solutions.

“Since 2016, Control Station grew among its international customer base, particularly among multinational manufacturers with operations in the EMEA region,” explains Damien Munroe, former JV principle and new partner-development VP at Control Station. “This acquisition more closely aligns our resources, and enhances our ability to deliver value-added process optimization solutions.”

Dennis Nash, president of Control Station, adds, “Since its founding, Control Station has supported the needs of the global process automation market from our U.S. base of operations. Today’s announcement sets the foundation for our future by bringing us closer to the process manufacturing community, and positioning us to generate better outcomes for our customers.”
