Tri Tech Automation, a turnkey industrial automation systems integrator in Moscow Mills, Mo., announced Sept. 19 that it’s purchased Integrity Control Solutions (ICS), a panel fabrication and installation firm in Broken Arrow, Okla.
ICS will operate as Tri Tech Automation, and ICS president Mike Summers will be the new division’s operations director. He established ICS nearly 10 years ago and has served as its only president
“ICS is well-respected among customers and suppliers, and we’re excited to have them become part of Tri Tech,” says Adam Ruebsam, president of Tri Tech Automation. “The acquisition is part of the company’s long-term strategic plan to expand services in design control solutions for a wide range of U.S. manufacturers”
Tri Tech’s services include process control solutions, production line integration, full-plant automation, and network infrastructure. The acquisition not only generates increased capacity and establishes a facility in a strong industrial market, but it also builds on Tri Tech Automation’s experience in providing turnkey solutions to serve the oil and gas market in Oklahoma and beyond.
James Maisel, VP of strategic initiatives at Tri Tech Automation, it will consolidate back-office processes and responsibilities previously handled by ICS to better support customers and growth efforts. “In addition, we’re looking to invest heavily in Tulsa with operational tools, employee training, facility improvements and additional staff,” says Maisel.
Summers reports, “There are great synergies between our companies, and joining Tri Tech Automation will be good for ICS’s customers. The market is shifting, and customers need partners that can deliver true turnkey solutions to meet their needs. Tri Tech’s capabilities will provide our customers with a new and expanded value proposition.”
