The new System Designer tool in Automation Studio 4 includes an automated plausibility check, configures basic parameter settings, and offers effective functions for reusing entire parts of a system. A bidirectional EPlan Electric P8 interface integrates ECAD projects with hardware configurations designed in Automation Studio. It has full support for project modularity and communicates via OPC UA.
