Redundant Software Servers
Redundant servers are responsible for the monitoring and control of all electro-mechanical equipment for tunnels and highways. This includes lighting and tunnel ventilation systems. Air quality within tunnels is monitored, and the software can allow exterior airflow as needed to keep tunnels clear of carbon dioxide, smoke and nitrogen oxide. In addition to controlling lights and ventilation systems for all tunnels, the software is also responsible for other monitoring and control systems, including all emergency fire hoses, irrigation pumps, power distribution (medium and high voltage), UPS systems and diesel generatorsIconics Inc.: www.iconics.com
