smarty7 load-cell controller for drives incorporates four precision, millivolt inputs for most load cells and tension sensors. It includes PID control with an easy interface to drives and touchscreens using drive.web distributed control via Ethernet networking. Both drives and smarty7s are configured, operated and monitored in one homogeneous environment using savvy tools via USB. smarty7 includes added analog and logic I/O and function block programming for process line drive control.
