Lutz Lube Drive filling tool is an eccentric, screw-pump tube that’s driven by a commercially available cordless screwdriver, which makes pumping grease more relaxed by relieving users of having to transport heavy and expensive pneumatic motors. Users place the steel screw-pump tube in a container with a capacity of 10 to 60 kg of grease, put a cordless screwdriver with bit holder on the pump tube, and start pumping. The cordless screwdriver drives a metal rotor that feeds grease evenly and gently from the container, and through a hose into the central lubrication system. Delivery volume is up to 2 kg/min. This system is suitable for all commercially available greases up to NLGI-2.
