Purge-and-pressurization products push away hazardous atmospheres

Oct. 10, 2024

Purge-and-pressurization products separate general-purpose devices from surrounding, hazardous atmospheres by placing them inside lightweight enclosures, purging their spaces with industrial-grade air or inert gas, and maintaining a pressure higher than the dangerous, external atmosphere. This prevents flammable mixtures from coming in contact with the internal components. These purge-and pressurization devices continuously monitor conditions in their enclosures for leakage compensation and temperature control, make automatic adjustments, and provide output alarms for reliable protection.
