HART Communicator software with HART-IP support enables access via Ethernet to instruments on WirelessHART networks, multiplexers and Ethernet-APL networks. These DevCom apps support HART-IP natively without needing added licensing or installs. Users can access and configure instruments remotely from any Windows, Android or iOS device connected to the Ethernet network. Since these DevCom apps are device descriptor-based, instrument functions available remotely are the same as if connected to the instrument with a handheld communicator, which lets users monitor and configure instruments remotely.
