Terminal levers enable insertion of wires and ferrules without tools

Push-in wire terminations have been introduced for HWS-A/E AC-DC power supplies, which are available with either vertical or horizontal orientated terminals, simplifying cable harnessing. Their terminal levers enable insertion of wires and ferrules without tools, and unlike screw terminal blocks, no torque requirements or routine testing is required.

HWS-A/E accepts an 85 to 265 Vac input, and withstands peak voltage of 300 Vac for 5 seconds. The push-in terminal options are available for 12, 15, 24, and 48 V outputs and 50, 100 and 150 W models. They’re certified to IEC/EN/UL/CSA 62368-1, IEC/EN 62477-1 (OVC III) and UL 508 safety certification, and have CE and UKCA markings indicating compliance with low-voltage, EMC and RoHS directives.
