VisuNet FLX modular HMI platform has added more flexible option that lets it be used outdoors. In addition to its stainless-steel housing, VisuNet FLX has a new aluminum housing, so the series can be used in extended temperature ranges from -20 °C to 50 °C and outdoors. This aluminum housing enables optimal heat dissipation, and provides high resistance to harsh conditions. To ensure good readability at all times, even in very bright lighting conditions, the FLX series has an optically bonded display. If required, additional sun shields can be attached to the sides, top edge, and rear of the new aluminum housing to protect against rain and other environmental influences. With these enhancements, the VisuNet FLX series can withstand harsh environmental conditions and can now also be used outdoors.
