CP600 HMIs integrate with ABB’s variable frequency drives by providing free, prebuilt HMI screen templates that mirror the faceplates of its low-voltage drives. This lets users monitor real-time status of the drive directly from the HMI, including detailed alarm/fault and warning messages for each drive, and easily access data to control drives, perform diagnostics, access historical data or modify parameters.
CP600’s multi-drive monitoring faceplate can also connect up to eight drives to one HMI, eliminating the need for eight separate drive panel keypads. This not only reduces costs, but also centralizes monitoring and control.
Drive faceplate templates are available for the CP600-eCo, CP600, CP600-Pro series of HMIs with screen sizes from 4 in. to 21 in. in plastic or aluminum housing. They also feature operating temps from -4 to 140 °F (-20 to 60 °C). Custom faceplates are also available.
