Special Session on recent Arizona-California Power Outage

The recent Arizona Public Service (APS)/San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) outage appears to be very similar to the 2008 Florida Power & Light outage. The Florida outage was a control system cyber incident and the APS/SDG&E outage could be (not known at this time). Consequently, there will be a special session at next week's ACS Conference to discuss cyber considerations in substations.
