PAS University offers training solution courses in alarm management, control loop optimization, high performance HMI, cyber security and change management. Each training course includes introductory concepts to advanced best practices and analyses to improve plant performance. PAS University also incorporates product training to ensure customers to realize the full potential from PAS products. PAS University is the first central training location for Human Reliability training in the process industries. Human Reliability is the practice of optimizing human performance in complex systems and situations. Human Reliability develops practices and procedures to minimize error and maximize the resilience of systems through the use of user-centered and error-tolerant design and procedures. PAS University is designed to train operations personnel in Human Reliability practices.
For convenience, several training delivery options are available to meet the needs of our customers. Options such as training sessions at customer sites, at PAS offices, training by live streaming, and a video library of pre-recorded training sessions are among the customized offerings provided.
